Time is running out to get registered and get donations for the Color-A-Thon. Packets, along with all donations need to be turned in MONDAY, September 21! If you can't register online, just bring your packet along with donations to school on Monday and we will get you registered. You must be registered by Monday to get your t-shirt and prizes for the race. Do not wait until the day of the race as it will be too late! Remember you have all weekend so if you haven’t got started yet it’s not too late. So register online and remember just for getting $30.00 in donations you get to come to the event. You don't have to pay it all yourself. Get donations from people you know and you're in! Good luck and soon we will have a blast!

hanks for sharing the article, and more importantly, your personal experience mindfully using our emotions as data about our inner state and knowing when it’s better to de-escalate by taking a time out are great tools. sdcAppreciate you reading and sharing your story since I can certainly relate and I think others can to Leave a Reply. |
