PARENT/TEACHER CONFERENCES - October 4 & 6
Parent/Teacher conferences are around the corner! Even though conferences will be both virtual and in person, our teachers and staff are going to be in the building and are going to need dinner. They are so grateful to have these meals provided. Thank you for all your help in making this feasible. We have two options to help with the meals:

2. Donate funds toward the "Order in Individual Meals" night from a local restaurant. Make a donation here: Conference Meals (cheddarup.com) You can also drop off cash/check made out to "Edison PTO" in the main office.
VISIT THE BOOK FAIR! – October 6
The Scholastic Book Fair will be open during parent-teacher conferences on October 6. Not only does the Book Fair benefit your students at home, but it benefits your students at school! For every item purchased Edison earns a percentage of Scholastic dollars to go toward buying more books for their classrooms and library. HAVE YOU PURCHASED YOUR SPIRIT WEAR? – October 6
The Spirit Wear booth will be open during Parent Teacher Conferences on October 6. Drop by to check out all the Edison Cats apparel! If you have questions about Spirit Wear you can email our Spirit Wear Coordinator, Angela Gosch, at edisonms.spiritwear@gmail.com

COLOR RUN - October 14
We are eagerly awaiting the Color Run on Friday, October 14. Details about this fundraising event will be given to students October 3, but registration is open now!! Prizes will be given to students based on donations they gather. In addition to that, we will have sweepstakes drawings between October 3 and 14. Some of the sweepstakes prizes include $50 and $100 Amazon gift cards, a portable phone charger, Oculus VR or Airpod Max headphones, and more! The first sweepstakes drawing is October 3 and the lucky winner will win a $100 Amazon gift card, so get your student registered today! No donation is required to register.

PTO MEETING - October 19
PTO meetings occur online on the third Wednesday of each month at noon. If you were not able to make our first meeting you can check out the minutes at www.edisonsf.org. We hope to see you at our next meeting on October 19.
